Our client, an established insurance brokerage firm that is powered by one of the largest insurance organizations of Europe, required a revamp of their existing car insurance booking platform. They used this platform to sell insurance via a network of 150 car dealers and marketing call centres (consisting of over 200 agents), where they faced issues with the backend mechanism. Moreover, the frontend of platform lacked intuitiveness and ease-of-use.
